Welcome to The Fairytale Shot, a professional newborn and maternity photography service provider. By booking a session with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 10,000/-Rs is required to secure your session date and time. This fee will be applied towards your total session cost.
Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the session in cash.

Session Details

Session Duration: It will be based on your package.
Location: Sessions will be held in our studio at Thaltej, Ahmedabad.
For outdoor location shoots, an extra charge of 5,000/- Rs will be applicable along with the travelling expense for shooting in Ahmedabad city. For other city the charges will vary as per the city, to know more reach out to our team directly.

Image Delivery

Delivery Time: Edited images will be delivered within 15 working days from the day we receive the selection from your side. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Delivery Method: Images will be delivered via a drive link. Prints and other products can be ordered separately with extra charges.

Punctuality

we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest quality service, we have established the following punctuality terms and conditions:

Punctuality Guidelines

Session Time: Your session time is fixed and will start promptly at the scheduled time. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for any necessary preparations.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, we will not be able to extend the session time beyond the originally scheduled end time. This is to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain our schedule.

Consequences of Late Arrival

Reduced Session Time: Arriving late will result in a shorter session, as we must adhere to the fixed schedule. This may affect the number and variety of photos taken.
Missed Shots: Specific poses or setups planned for your session may be missed due to reduced time. We will do our best to capture as many high-quality images as possible within the remaining time.

No Extra Time Policy

Strict Schedule: To ensure we provide equal attention and quality service to all clients, we adhere to a strict schedule. Therefore, we cannot add extra time to your session if you arrive late.
Subsequent Bookings: Our sessions are often booked back-to-back. Extending one session impacts subsequent clients, which is why we must maintain our schedule.

Client Responsibilities

Timeliness: Please plan your travel and preparation time to ensure you arrive on time for your session. Consider traffic, parking, and other potential delays.
Communication: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot extend your session time, early communication helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Acknowledgment

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to these punctuality terms and conditions. Your cooperation is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Limited People Policy:

To maintain a well-controlled and comfortable shooting environment, we limit the number of people allowed during the shoot to the husband, wife, and real siblings. Extra family members are not permitted unless you have modified your package and paid an additional fee for their inclusion in the shoot. This policy ensures that we can work efficiently and provide the best experience for our clients.

Photographer Cancellations:

The photographer reserves the right to cancel the shoot at any time without prior notice or providing any reasons. If the photographer cancels the shoot, you will receive a full refund.

If the photographer needs to cancel your shoot due to any change over the schedule, you will be given two options:

Cancel the shoot and receive a full refund. Refund will be made in the same account or via the same mode of payment from which you have made your advance payment.
Reschedule your shoot to the earliest available mutually agreed date.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling the shoot

Client Cancellations: If you cancel your session, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, it can be applied towards a future session if rescheduled within 2 months.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will incur a rescheduling fee of 5,000/- Rs.
Only for the newborn shoot, for your convenience, we allow a one-time rescheduling of your newborn shoot without any charges, provided the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time. Last-minute rescheduling is not permitted.
Please note that if you have booked any out-of-the-package services, such as makeup services, these will be payable at the time of rescheduling. Additionally, if you wish to avail of these services on the new date, you will need to pay for them again.
We reserve the right to cancel the shoot at any time without providing a reason to the client. In such cases, we will only be responsible for refunding the advance paid amount. The refund will be processed in the same mode of payment and to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Paying the advance amount means you are able to block your shooting slot on our schedule. However, the photographer reserves the right to cancel the shoot at any time after it is booked with the advance payment. In such cases, you will receive a refund of your advance paid amount. The photographer does not have to provide any reason for the cancellation.
If there is a change in the schedule or if either the client or the photographer needs to reschedule the meeting for any reason, they must notify the other party prior to the meeting. Both parties agree to respect the schedule change and will work together to accommodate the meeting on the next mutually convenient date.
There will be no refund in case the shoot starts and the client wants to stop the shoot for any particular reason, rescheduling is not allowed for such shoots.

Respect And Conduct:

We reserve the right to stop or cancel your shoot at any time, before or during the session, if the client is being disrespectful to our team. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated or entertained at our studio.

Rights and Usage

Client Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media, with proper credit to TheFairytaleShot.
Photographer Usage Rights: TheFairytaleShot retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and marketing materials, unless otherwise you have bought the privacy package from our brand.

Model Release

By booking a session, you grant us the right to use and publish images and videos from the session for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please buy our privacy packages. To know more about about privacy packages please reach out to our team.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
